Despite season 8 of Big Brother Canada being canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak in Canada, the drama has continued amongst the cast as Susanne Fuda and Minh-Ly Nguyen-Cao call each other out on social media.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak in Canada and restrictions placed by the government, this season of Big Brother Canada was forced to shut down production last week after just 4 weeks. They were in the house for less than a month but the season still saw Kyle Rozendal and Jamar Lee be ejected from the house, Nico Vera self-evict, and Carol Rosher come close to self-evicting. You would think it couldn't get anymore dramatic than that, but the contestants have now taking the drama off-screen, and onto social media.
On Monday Minh-Ly posted a screenshot of a text message on her Instagram Story in which she was calling out Susanne for being "the fakest b*tch in the whole season." The message is fairly lengthy, with Minh-Ly writing that Susanne "thought she had everybody in her corner" and says that "everyone knew she was SketchySue and scared sh*tless of me." Minh-Ly also mentioned contestant Angie Tackie in the message, writing that "Angie was hating and jealous" because she wanted to be in a showmance and was "seething when [Minh] had the male attention in the house." The message finishes with Minh-Ly circling back to Susanne, writing that it was "funny how this grown *ss woman calls me a little girl but yet is still living at home." In a written message on her story afterwards, Minh-Ly also says that Susanne reached out to do a live story with her but writes, "You are a FAKE and a CLOUT CHASER." Check out both of the messages that Minh-Ly wrote below (via @Adoomies2):
Susanne then retaliated on her own Instagram (via Matt Liguori) posting a video in response in which she clarified that "I am not 'clout chasing.' I really don't give a sh*t." Susanne admits that she "probably talked to Angie about how much I didn't like your game" but says she would "tell ya that right to your face." Susanne also makes a point of emphasizing that if Minh-Ly has something to say, "just send me a message and be mature about it." By the end of the video, Susanne has made her feelings very clear, and ends it by saying, "Hope you have a good life, and keep me the f*ck out of it." Watch Susanne's full video message below:
With the abrupt cancellation of the season there's no doubt that emotions are running high amongst the contestants. These houseguests have also been thrown back into the world without warning and haven't had the cool down period houseguests in previous seasons would typically get when only one contestant is evicted per week. The season finale of the show is set to air on Wednesday, April 1st and while no details have been released about the finale's format. However, one thing is for sure, if there's any live interaction between the former houseguests, Big Brother Canada's season 8 finale is sure to be an exciting one.
