Yolanda ignored a lot of red flags on 90 Day Fiancé that revealed Williams’ as a catfish. Yolanda kept her head in the sand as she ignored all the warning signs, but fans quickly discovered that Williams is not who he said he was.
Yolanda was previously married, but after his death, she decided to go on a weight loss journey. She weighed over 300 pounds. While becoming healthy, Williams decided to slide into her DM’s. The mother of six never imagined that anything would come of the relationship. Soon enough, the two were talking up to five times a day. Romance bloomed.
On TLC's early sneak peek for this Sunday’s episode, viewers watched as Yolanda tried to book her ticket to Manchester to finally be able to meet Williams. He had originally asked for her to send money so he could fly to Las Vegas, but she felt uncomfortable giving away money and announced she would go to him instead. While searching the web for the best flight, her oldest daughter, Kara, joined her in the hunt. At one point during the scene, Yolanda called Williams to get the name of the airport, to which he grumpily replied, “London.” He then hung up on Yolanda, who tried pressing him for more details via text message. Williams wrote back that he planned to meet in London and take the train back to Manchester. The TLC personality questioned why she could not just fly into Manchester and what was the exact name of the London airport, which he provided as ASP London. There is no known airport by that name. In a last-ditch effort, she tried calling him, but he did not answer.
The red flags for Yolanda have been numerous and fans are confused as to why she had decided to ignore so many of them. Williams refused to video call her. He claimed his camera was broken, so she had never seen his face. Instagram account thehanekawa quickly discovered the images that Williams was claiming were his own. The actual photos belong to a well-known Italian bodybuilder names Michele Di Lucchio and most of the photos were taken by Stefano Cavoretto, who was a photographer.
On top of that shocking news, Williams does not even have a British accent. Some have guessed that he could be Nigerian while we hear a Middle Eastern accent. Yolanda will not be pleasantly surprised when she does not come face to face with the man she fell in love with, even if he does show up. Fans are also wondering how TLC green-lighted a story with so many holes in it and that was easily discoverable by fans.
