Saturday Night Live comedian and actress Leslie Jones live-tweeted Avengers: Infinity War and received hilarious reactions from Chris Evans and Brie Lawson. Evans played Steve Rogers/Captain America in the film that just released on home video. While Lawson wasn’t in Infinity War, her character, Captain Marvel, was teased in the end-credits sequence. Lawson will play the superhero in her own movie next year. One of the strongest characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, she will play an integral role in the sequel to Infinity War.
Jones is no stranger to amusing live tweets. She previously took on Captain America: Civil War. Her love for Black Panther was evident as she quickly switched sides once he joined the fight. Her commentary provided a delightful addition to the movie, but Marvel films aren’t the only stories she’s live-tweeted. Her tweets have provided endless enjoyment for her followers as she reacted to the grandeur of the Royal Wedding as well as popular shows like Game of Thrones and RuPaul’s Drag Race. But now, she's back with more Marvel.

Avengers: Infinity War released on home video this week, and Leslie Jones started live-tweeting a fresh showing of the film not long after. She commented on several parts of the movie, there were two instances that gone responses from Chris Evans (including another response from Paul Bettany) regarding Captain America's entrance and Brie Larson regarding the post-credits scene. You can check out all of those tweets below.
The relationship between Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel and Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury will be explored further in her movie which will take place in the 1990s. Jackson will appear in the film in what looks to be a significant role which will utilize CGI to de-age him. Captain America, on the other hand, will return for next summer's Avengers 4 in what seems to be his final appearance. Judging by Jones’ reaction to the ending she is filled with just as much anticipation as most fans to find out what happens next. A live-tweet of Avengers 4 may be on the horizon. In addition to her stint on Saturday Night Live, Leslie Jones also starred in the reboot of Ghostbusters.
Jones isn’t only funny every Saturday night on NBC, her twitter feed is an interesting place to watch. She tweets about shows and movies, giving commentary that improves the watching experience of those following along with her. She also live-tweeted the winter and summer Olympics, the latter of which led to her attending the event. Stars of the Marvel movies participating increased the fun. Hopefully, Jones will branch out and begin live-tweeting other Marvel movies. There’s quite the backlog for her to make it through, but fans will no doubt appreciate the effort.
